16th October 2021 – Concert at St Mary’s Haughton Green
On 16th October we returned to St Mary’s in Haughton Green for our first full concert since Christmas 2019! It was great to be back putting on concerts and to see an audience again! The band played a variety of pieces and saw some wonderful solo playing on show from particularly from Pete W on Trombone, Sam on Soprano and Rachel on Repiano Cornet.
The concert was in aid of Hope House – a charity whose vision is to improve the lives of children, their families and the wider community living in Uganda by building a children’s and community centre. We were delighted that the concert raised a massive £703.65.
We are looking forward to returning next year.
